Work Continues...

Work continues on the Center of Hope. 

Nothing in the world could stop Slater & Son Construction and their dedicated subcontractors from completing this amazing building.

 

They are finishing up the underground utilities at the Center of Hope construction site.  Water, sewer, gas and electrical lines have been put in place and covered with rock in preparation for the cement being poured for the foundation.

 

Much of the footprint of the clinic appears to be a variety of pipes rising up from a field of rocks.  Gray pipes are for electric, black pipes will have water running through them.

 

The frame is set for the exterior of the foundation. 

 

A barrier is added between the rocks and the cement foundation.  Rebar is added in a grid above the barrier to give strength to the foundation. 

Once the foundation is poured and the cement has cured, the steel is ready and waiting on site to be erected for the structure.
