Weekly Update

Two trailers full of Sierra Pacific windows have arrived on site.  The crew is finishing framing the openings then we can start installing windows next week.

The second interior stairway has been installed.  This staircase goes from the lobby by Dental up to the Administrative suite.

You can see the metal framing for the stairway going diagonal in this photo.  The crew will get that exposed metal covered with DensGlass soon.

The grading of the exterior area is really picking up.  You can see the pathways and parking lot area taking shape.

Curbs are being framed and poured with concrete in areas that are ready.

The housing unit is quickly taking shape.  The carpenters are framing the walls so quickly that this photo is old now - they're already framing the walls on the second floor today.

This is the inside of one of the units. A bedroom is on the right, the shared bathroom is on the left.  There will be four units in the complex, each of which will have four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and living room. Sixteen total Transitional Aged Youth (TAY) will have their own bedroom in a housing space that they will share with three other TAY students.

The housing is located at the back of the clinic property and will be surrounded by trees and landscaped grounds.  A peaceful environment where the TAY students can blossom.
